College Auditorium / Campus Grounds

The college's flagship annual cultural social, “Kristi”, brings together music, dance, drama and recitation from students across every department. The daylong celebration is the highlight of the cultural calendar, showcasing the creative talent nurtured on campus throughout the year.

Newly admitted students are welcomed into college life with a warm programme of games, performances and interaction organised by their seniors and the students' union, helping freshers settle quickly into the Mahishadal Girls' College family.

College Premises

The worship of Devi Saraswati, goddess of learning and the arts, is observed with devotion each year on campus — complete with rituals, offerings, cultural performances and a shared meal that draws students, teachers and staff together.

Campus Grounds

The arrival of spring is celebrated in true Santiniketan spirit — with colour, song and dance — as students dress in seasonal yellow and take part in a joyous procession and cultural programme marking Basanta Utsav on campus.
